Our Policy on Disclosure of Personal Information

Child Smile Marketing Services Inc. will only disclose non-specific personal information, such as your age bracket, gender, postal code, purchasing habits and preferences to our Network Partners and Charitable Organizations to enable them to conduct demographic analysis. At no time does Child Smile Marketing Services Inc. disclose personal identifiable information such as your name, residential address, residential telephone number or email address.

Child Smile Marketing Services Inc. does not give, rent or sell customer lists from the Loyalty Card Program to any organization or individuals within or outside The Child Smile Network program. All promotions and services are solely through the Child Smile Network Services Inc. to protect your privacy.

Purposes of Collecting Personal Information:
Child Smile Marketing Services Inc. collects personal and demographic information for the following purposes:
(1) To administer The Child Smile Network program;
(2) To administer the Loyalty card program;
(3) To help our Network Partners and Charitable Organizations to better understand and analyze Members’ responses, needs and preferences;
(4) To send you information about products and services, etc.;
(5) To enable Members to participate in promotions and contests; and
(6) To assist in the development, enhancement, and marketing of products and services to meet Members’ needs and preferences.

Legal Obligations

Child Smile Marketing Services Inc. will not disclose our Members’ name, residential address, residential telephone number(s) or email address unless required to do so in order to comply with any valid legal process.

Opt In/ Opt Out

By Opting-In you agree to have your personal demographic information collected, used and disclosed to our Network Sponsors for purposes stated above.

By Opting-Out you have agreed not to allow any personal information to be used. As well, you have agreed not to participate in receiving special promotions, through us, from our Network Partners or Charitable Organizations that could provide you with many rewarding benefits.

Your ability to enjoy The Child Smile Network Loyalty Program is not affected by your decision to Opt-Out.

The Child Smile Network collects information on visitor activity through user navigation and the use of functions found on www.ChildSmile.com. This information is used to better understand and analyze our Members’ responses, needs and preferences, and to develop, and market products and services to meet those needs.
